Chapter Adviser

Mrs. Rice (far left) has been a part of the Minco community her whole life. After her graduation from Minco, she went to school at Oklahoma State University, and returned to Minco to aid in special education. In the 2021-22 school year, she became Minco's new FCS teacher and FCCLA Adviser after the retirement of longtime teacher, Ann Frisbie (left). Minco is super happy to have Mrs. Rice. She has been doing a wonderful job at leading Minco FCCLA toward a brighter future, and we're excited to see what the future holds.
